Good day to you and your family. I am very sorry for contacting you through this site media but
I do need your help because I am in so much pain now and I can only hope that you can help me.
Let me start by introduce me. I am Mrs. Victoria Acme from the Republic of Liberia and widow of the
Late Brigadier General M. Acme, the Former Financial Controller/Pay Master General to the Economic
Community of West African Peace Keeping Forces (ECOMOG) in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Republic of Benin.
My husband died seven years ago in active service during the time when the ECOMOG war was heating up.
Lately before his death, he made a "WILL". In this WILL, My only daughter and I benefited to the tune
of US$19 (Nineteen Million United States Dollars). This money was deposited with an offshore security
company for safe keeping out of the knowledge of my late husband's family. This is due to a well-known
fact here in Africa that once a woman does not give birth to a male child; she does not have any
entitlement to his husband's estate and properties after his dies unless the widow agrees to marry one
of her in-laws.
My husband foresee this difficulty and that was why he kept the money with the offshore security company
out of the knowledge of his family members so that my daughter and I won't suffer after his death.
My problem now is: This "WILL" has a standing instruction attached to it; That on no account should a
cent be released to me without me present to the Security Company a reputable Foreigner/Investor/businessman
who would act as beneficiary to the money and help manage the funds properly in the interest of myself
and my only daughter. He knew that I do not know anything about Investments and there is the tendency
that if this money is not properly managed, my daughter and I may run out of money afterwards and since
this is our last chance of survival, there is every need not to take any chances. My husband was fully
aware of this; that was why he attached this instruction to the WILL.
He especially stressed the fact that the beneficiary must be a foreigner because he knew that this would
give the opportunity for my daughter and I to travel abroad and be far away from his family who would
have otherwise ripped us of the opportunity to have access to this Money if they get to know of its
existence.
I believe at this point you would have understood my problem and the reason why I am contacting you.
All I want you to help me do is to act as the beneficiary to the money and collect it from the security
company on my behalf and upon my authorization after which this money can then be invested in something
lucrative. Your advice and expertise in the area of Investment would be highly appreciated.
If you are in a position to assist me please do so and if not, you can advice me on what you think I
can do because I am in so much pain now and my in-laws are ignoring us.

Beloved.
I am the above named person.The son of Late Mr. Paul Aro, a retired military
top officer in Nigerian Army that served under the past military regime
and Mrs. Pamela Aro who is now undergoing medical treatment in UNTH Enugu.
By the grace of God,He was the financial secretary to the Armed Force Ruling
Council (AFRC)during the past millitary regime.
Before his death on 15th May 2003, we were both highly devoted christains

decided not to re-marry or get a child outside her matrimonial home which
the bible is against. With my late father's position as a financial secretary,

thousand U.S.Dollars) into his personal Bank Account hoping to invest the
money when he retired.
During his retirement and arrangement to invest this amount in Crude oil
lifting, the present civilian government of my country set up a panel (Honourable
Oputa Panel) to probe the Bank Account of the past Military officers which
my late Father was involved. Instead of loosing this money to this bad government,
he quickly withdrew the money out of his Account and deposited the money
in a finance and security company for safe keeping claiming that the consignment
contain a family belonging which belongs to a foreign friend.Presently
this Money is still with the security company as a family belongings.
Recently,my Mother's doctor told her that she would not last for The next
three weeks if an urgent surgry or lever transplant operation is not carried
out in Abroad. Though what disturbs me most is that i have no other brother
or sister to assist in the suffering and arrangement of our properties here
in my country.
Having known this condition of my mother as she instruct me to contact you
for an urgent assistance before the date given by the doctor will arrive, she
then decided to donate 5% of this fund to those in her conditon propagating

I handle investigation for the claims department of a prime financial institution and my work
is to verify claims by conducting verification on proof documents supporting such claims.
Recently some support documents submitted by a claimant in connection with his claim to a dormant
deposit account held with the bank by someone he claimed to be his late relative, was directed to
me and in the course of my investigation, it was discovered that the claimant is not the true

If I should write the report of my true findings, it will be good news for the greedy directors of the
bank as they will easily confiscate the account and convert all monies associated with it, to their
personal use. Since I will not like this to happen I am writing to seek your consent, to use your
name in securing the deposit which is now floating.
If you agree to participate in the project, I shall send a report to management explaining that I was
led to you as the true relation of the deceased and then give approval for them to release the deposit
to you, as the rightful next of kin and beneficiary to the estate of the deceased.
The process of claim is a very simple step. Once I have your agreement and I write my report presenting
